Fry the red onion in olive oil, then add the garlic clove

Add fresh tomatoes, sundried tomatoes, anchovies, capers, olives, parsley stalks, and tomato purée

Cook the mixture for about 5 minutes

Add the canned chopped tomatoes and start cooking pasta in well-salted water (like the sea)

Stir in the tuna and a splash of pasta cooking water

Toss the cooked pasta through the sauce, finish with fresh parsley leaves, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, and lots of black pepper
